COURT INTERPRETER TRAINING OVERVIEW

The court interpreter certification course will prepare any interpreter looking to complete state or federal interpreter credentials.  The 64-hour course is not required for credentialing, but a critical step in achieving testing scores to qualify in the upper tier of students. All you need to join our language classes is a computer (laptop or desktop) and access to high speed internet.  We encourage you to set up a space that is inspirational, has natural light and reflects your attitude towards learning.  We’ll even throw in a succulent plant of your new space, when you become a student.

Over 64 hours is packed into our court interpreter preparation course.  Interpreters that complete this course will be prepared and educated in the fundamentals of court interpreting, terminology in several subjects and key strategy to master the oral exam given by the state and federal courts to credential their interpreters.  If you haven’t already, please read about the Arizona court credentialing process
