Terms of Service for Arizona Language Center

Arizona Language Center provides English language courses, test preparation, and related services through arizonalanguagecenter.com. These Terms of Service outline the agreement between the Center and users enrolling in programs. Acceptance occurs upon enrollment or payment.

Enrollment and Payment Terms

Users agree to provide accurate information during enrollment. Payments are due upfront for selected courses, with no pre-payment required for admission in some cases, though full terms apply once funds are received. Subscriptions or one-time fees cover access to classes, materials, and online resources.​

Seven-Day Money-Back Guarantee

The Center offers a seven-day money-back guarantee on enrollments. Users may request a full refund within seven calendar days of purchase by submitting a written request, provided they meet eligibility like minimal course usage. Refunds process to the original payment method within 10 business days after verification; physical materials, if issued, must return undamaged.​

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations before class start qualify for full refunds minus non-refundable enrollment fees. After classes begin, prorated refunds apply based on attendance, with no refunds past the term midpoint. All requests require signed forms via email, mail, or in-person submission.​

User Responsibilities and Content

Users must not share course materials or violate copyrights. The Center reserves rights to terminate access for breaches, with no refunds for violations. Content posted by users grants the Center a license for promotional use.​

Liability and Changes

Services provided “as is” without warranties. The Center limits liability to fees paid in the prior 12 months. Terms may update with notice; continued use implies acceptance. Governed by Arizona law.​
