This page explains what information Arizona Language Center collects when you use our website, why we collect it, and who helps us handle it. We do not sell your information.

What you share with us

When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you type in. Depending on the form, that can include:

Your name, email address and phone number
The language and class you are interested in, your goals, your schedule and your native language
Your placement test answers and result
For school districts, your organization and the details of your request

Payments

Seat holds and tuition are paid through Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never reach us. Stripe tells us that a payment was made, the amount, and which class it was for. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the payment itself.

How you found us

When you arrive from an ad or a link with campaign tags, your browser remembers the ad click ID and campaign name for up to 90 days, along with the first page you visited and the site that sent you. If you send us a form, that information is sent with it. It tells us which ads and pages help students find us. It is stored in your own browser, and you can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

We may also use analytics and advertising tools from Google and HubSpot to understand how people use the site and to measure our ads. These tools use cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com.

To answer your questions and place you in the right class
To enroll you, schedule your classes and send you class information
To tell you about upcoming start dates when you ask to hear about them
To improve our classes, our website and our advertising

Who helps us handle it

We share information only with the services that help us run the school:

Stripe processes payments.
Zapier moves form submissions into our student records.
HubSpot stores our student and inquiry records and sends our emails.
Netlify hosts this website.
Google provides fonts, analytics and advertising tools.

We do not sell or rent your information. We may share it if the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are a student or in contact with us, and as long as we need it for records, taxes and the law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
You can clear cookies and site data in your browser at any time.

Our classes are for adults

Our website and classes are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
